CLO5: Design a client-specific massage protocol to address the complaint of stress with secondary complaint areas and relative contraindications.

The narrative incorporates the concepts of indication and contraindication, physiological responses to stress and the stress cycle, which have already been covered in the minicourse. The students now explore how to create a client-centered protocol for stress reduction by adapting advanced strategies and techniques into a full body massage that emphasizes approaches known to reduce symptoms of stress.

I had some compatibility issues with some of the software, which I think could be solved with more practice.  For this assignment, I ended up using the Voice Recorder in Word to record the audio file. I like that it was straight forward, but it is limited in being able to edit. In the future, I would like to try something else that has more options for editing and perhaps a better microphone. I know you can hear the sibilant sound when I speak, but I have a retainer right now so I am not certain how much of that can be remedied as it gives me a lisp.
