Discussion Forums are used to help translate concepts and ideas into practice and allow for the sharing of personal experiences and best practices. Real-world application will be done through client case-study/scenario-based learning that requires the learner to critically think about the client interaction in conjunction with the concepts and skills they are learning. Interactive quizzes will help learners gain immediate feedback on their understanding of concepts.
